Where: Seen on Open Stage Media (at Proctors Performing Arts Campus) Cable Channel 16. Programming is aired 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Open Stage Media is a not-for-profit Public Access Television Station that is funded through subscriber surcharges and donations. Open Stage Media is located at Proctors Performing Arts Campus at 432 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12305

Serving: The City of Schenectady, Towns of Rotterdam, Niskayuna, Glenville and Village of Scotia. There are currently over 45,000 households in this area who subscribe to Time Warner Cable and receive Open Stage Media Public Access, Educational and Governmental programming.

What: The one-hour Schenectady Today Show is cablecast 10 AM to 11 AM each weekday morning. It is an informative interview show hosted Monday through Friday by various hosts. Each host brings their own unique perspective to the show while interviewing area people that include municipal leaders, artists, musicians, community advocates, business leaders and others. The show has been airing continuously since September 14, 1998 and has been well received by the community that it serves.

When: Aired at 10:00 AM and repeated at 6:00 PM and again at 1:00 AM. Airing the show at three different times during the day exposes the information to a variety of audiences. The shows may also be repeated on the weekends as time allows.

Underwriting: Although this show cannot accept advertising, we are seeking Underwriters for various aspects of the show. Underwriters are given credit during the show both verbally and in the credits each time the show is aired. All donations are tax deductible.
