- Douglas Sills (Gomez) is a lead in the Broadway Tour of “The Addams Family” and will appear in the show this week at Proctors Mainstage. You’ll remember The Addams Family from the cartoons in the New Yorker Magazine by Charles Addams as well as the TV show. Now a Broadway Musical to enchant new fans! Doug has received Tony and Drama Desk Nominations as well as the Los Angeles Ovation Award for his performance as the Scarlet Pimpernel. Production Dates: Nov 29 through Dec. 4 (8 performances). - Executive Chef David Hunt from “Generations” at the Golden Arrow Resort & Sharon Burstein will discuss the Lake Placid Holiday Stroll. Chef Hunt will show us how to make and decorate Gingerbread Houses. This is an annual tradition in many homes. The Lake Placid Holiday Stroll will take place the weekend of Dec. 9-11 in Lake Placid.
